The original LeagueConfigurator software (source code and program files), text, documentation, images, logos and original visual design are protected by copyright to the extent eligible for protection. Verhoog Development reserves the rights to its own material.
No permission to copy
Without prior written permission from Verhoog Development, protected material may not be copied, modified, distributed, published or reused, in whole or in part, except where permitted by law or an applicable licence. This also applies to using protected material to create a copy or derivative version with AI.
Your league data and exports
You may use the app normally and save, edit and share your own league data, results and exports created with the app. Your own data, logos and uploaded materials remain yours or their respective rights holders’. This notice does not restrict that use.
Legal exceptions and third parties
Mandatory user rights and statutory exceptions continue to apply. This notice does not claim exclusive rights to general ideas, functionality or methods. Rights in third-party material and its licence terms remain unchanged.
